We Are An Actual, Real, DJ Entertainment Company.

Steve Cie Entertainment is a Full Time, Professional Premier DJ Entertainment Company. We have been in business, serving the tri-state New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania area since 1975. Our office ours are Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 8 PM, and Fridays, 7 AM to 12 Noon. We know you work, that is why we are open outside of the “normal” business hours. On Friday, we close at noon to begin preparing for the evening’s events. However, we are still usually able to answer the phone. Once you have a contract with us, we provide you with the cell phone number of someone here who can speak with you at anytime to answer questions. We are working full time to make sure your event is as perfect as humanly possible.

We Carry Full Liability Insurance
We carry full liability insurance to protect you. This is of the utmost importance if you are having your event on private or commercial property. If the DJ causes any injury, you could normally be held liable if there were no insurance coverage. Some examples of injuries that have occurred; falling light fixtures, falling speakers, ear damage due to volume, electrocution, etc. These are catastrophic accidents and of course are rare, but so is early death.  However, most of us still carry some type of life insurance. What is more common, and affects mostly rented halls such as hotels and convention centers, is damage to the facility. If the DJ damages the doors to the building or scratches the hall with his speakers, as he is loading or unloading, the facility will most likely send the bill to you. Most contracts you sign have a clause holding you responsible for the behavior of your guests, and the others that you hire. It is beyond our comprehension why anyone would hire a DJ without insurance.

Extensive Music Library
We have one of the largest music libraries in the area. And we have access to the master music libraries of some of the largest most complete music resources in the industry. This is related to us being a full time professional DJ Entertainment company with affiliations with The World Wide Disc Jockey Association, The American Disc Jockey Association, and The New Jersey Disc Jockey Network. Our music library is updated weekly, from the very same music sources as commercial radio stations. And all of our music is radio edited, so you never have to worry about explicit lyrics. Our music library is published on our web site, for your convenience in selecting the music you want to hear.

Back Up DJ ‘s and Equipment

We have back up equipment at each and every event we perform at. Although our high quality professional grade equipment is unlikely to present any problems, the unexpected can and does sometimes occur. We are prepared with a second, complete sound system and music media, to insure your event is not interrupted.

Our association with three major professional disc jockey associations, assures us availability of backup DJ entertainers and dancers should a situation require them. You never have to worry about our entertainers showing up on time for your event!
